I'm under the assumption that after your 65 years of age your disability disappears into thin air ! WHO MADE THIS IDEA UP ? MINE WILL NEVER GO AWAY , AAND I SUFFER WITH IT EVERYDAY !

Hi, I have been filling for disability since 2007 when I got my foot injured, I believe that I need some help now.

I am wondering where my "doctors are no longer over me in rank certification certificate/badge/liscense/diploma" when I am told at a hospital, in North Carolina, that I am fucking screwed and bleeding to death and clotting agents won't work and then I actually die and have to resurrect myself.

PLENTY US AGE 55/ 65 PAYED 40/ + YRS CLASS1 NI (PAYE) CANT WORK . THANCKS TORY CON RIGHT SIDE AUSTERITY . TO pay 2010- 2024 tax offshore avation . LOSS £X TO englands econmoical pot . APRIL / 2016 DWP & TORY CON PENSTION/ BENFIT REFORMS THERE is no OFFCHIAL RETIRE early now & 60 for man claim penstion tax credits 60- 65 as was b4 2016 backwards ON HEALTH . ALL we can claim is UC , UNICREDIT . LCWRA ,,, LOW CAP FOR WORK WORK RELATED ACTIVITY . DONT have to seek work apply for work go work . 18- 65 ( pip ) if you dont claim pip get 65 claim AA attendance allowance instead NOT both .

Is SSDI considered long term disability? I guess it is in a way if the disability is not expected to go away. Like a learning disability for example, they don't go away. Even if there is treatment for them that is not permanent. I have been diagnosed with multiple learning disabilities as early as preschool. I don't remember who that angel of a teacher was who spotted the problems but despite age 50 approaching rapidly I am still disabled. Another angel of a teacher helped me apply for SSI which didn't take long to become SSDI with my Dad's work history. That was after an appointment with the SSA that my Dad and I both attended. Normally my mother would have handled all of these matters but I guess they needed him there maybe to explain that I would get more money and his benefits are completely unaffected by this. Normally he would be frustrated .(with my disabilities and always wondered why some homework was so difficult for me but he was very supportive on that day. I think he just had a fear of me being homeless or something when they are not around any more to support me. I have messy handwriting, terrible at some math and a slow reader and other things. Bad long and short term memory. If I see people I went to high school with I do not always remember their names. I may be drawn to look at that person like I remember him but darn if I ever remember the name. I have photocopies of any forms and testimony or anything that was given and I scanned all of it in, even anything in the stack that might have no value (just had the software leave out blank pages). I highly recommend a scanner with an automatic feeder and I got mine cheap from eBay for less than $60

Hello. I was recently approved for SSI DI. I received a large lump sum from SSI DI. SSI DI informed me that they subtracted my lawyer’s fee from the lump sum award. My LTD Insurance company will claim the lump sum as an off-set. My question is is the f money payed to the lawyer counted in the off-set?

My 45 yr old husband is going on ltd and applying for ssdi. He has 4 dependents. Does he need to report the ssdi payments given to the dependents to his long term disability insurance?
