The idea of this channel and it's content is to share experiences with mental health and our healing journeys. To encourage people to talk, seek support, guide in the right direction for those that are alone, and to get people up and out.
It's a subject close to my heart and one that I'm passionate about.
I grew up around mental health as my brother has a dissorder that he'll have to live his life with. Watching him go through what he did as kids hit home how fortunate some are.
It inspired me to create this channel and to become a mental health first aider in the company I work for.
If these videos only help one person, then that's an achievement and will have met it's target. Let's open up and share our experiences and not be afraid to talk about them and rid the stigma surrounding it.
