my wife is sleeping in north, I insisted she should sleep in south, this is right?

I have a question and not sure what to do. is it okay to have door in front of the work desk?? If I move my direction to avoid the door, window falls behind me. I have a solid wall behind me, and my work desk at home as two possible places per your direction suggestions - 1. If I face north east, I have wall behind me and a bedroom door right in front of me. 2. If I choose the south east wall to face, then door is on left side and I have rest for bedroom behind me while a window towards south west zone.

If there is no window in East and North directions

My Apartment is not exactly to the directions, my question here is, is it okay to keep the head in North West direction, as in South side just behind the headboard I have window. I changed my headboard direction to northwest if I change towards the south east I have bathroom with a partion of cupboard, could you please suggest.

Thankyou Sir for the valuable information and need more suggestion as there is a window behind the bed headboard. The bedroom window is in the northeast direction. As I donot feel fresh/ fast heart beat when I wake up. Kindly suggest.

What to do if there’s no other option but to keep head in north, please advise as I have windows on west, cupboard on south side and door on east and left with only north side wall to place bed. TIA
