Mechanical trigger for Perazzi Over & Under
Просмотров 10 тыс.7 лет назад
New for shotgun shooter, a mechanical trigger for Perazzi Over & Under guns. One part change converts your gun to mechanical reset from the first barrel to the second barrel. Skeet shooters, bird shooters, ZZ bird shooters and trap shooters can all benefit from this change to their guns! With a misfire, you can still fire the second barrel and go after your target.

hola, quiero cambiar el gatillo. es complicado? tengo que tener algo en cuenta? solo es quitar pasadores y cambiarlo? gracias
I didn’t learn a thing from this video
Hi Don. How did the Guiliani locking block go?
It worked well, still about 1/4" to the right. The bronze alloy will not be made in the future
@@donrackley8551 yeah, nice. Did they decide on another metal alloy they like better?
Worthless
Very helpful
Can we get a reassembly video
Great video! Nice job
Nice perazzi. Who engraved it?
Thank you, Don
May I ask why not to put grease on the front of the barrel lump?
It’s not a load bearing surface and you also want to minimize grease and oil getting into the wood.
@donrackley8551 OK, thanks for the quick reply. My new HTS shows up on Tuesday. Pretty excited!
The whole trigger assembly looks to be fantastically engineered. Top quality.
Does the mechanical trigger conversion work on the external selectable trigger?
The Mechanical trigger is only available for Classic (fixed firing order) triggers.
Great video. Just acquired a 1991 Mirage S. Could you show how the parts go back in, regarding orientation of the notches, lever spring install etc.
Very expensive item you have. 30-40k?
Well done! See you next week!
3.7 pounds…. Who wants a trigger that heavy….
For anyone that might find my experience helpful : on my Perazzi (MX10 RS), the disassembly was slightly different. I couldn't relieve spring pressure by pushing the plunger since pushing the plunger also moved the top lever (due to the locking block, lever, and plunger geometry all interlocking in both directions of motion). After some research, I figured out to remove the locking block and top lever, I had to use a small punch through the hole in the bottom of the locking block to push the lever out from the bottom and it worked like a charm. I did it in a sealed two-gallon Ziploc bag to make sure the plunger/spring/etc didn't fly off to Narnia (I also recommend the same thing for removing the top lever stop plate/lock/release pin and the corresponding springs on the right side since that will fly apart on you as well).
Hello, will you have a video of how to assemble the lever well?
Incrível man 👍🥱
Super helpful. Thanks
Don, thanks for all you do to help shooters.
Nicely done
Don can you explain how you made the brackets? what did you use to make those for people like us who have no clue??? tia
I did not make them , they are small corner braces that have a hole in each leg for a wood screw, Lowes SKU # 809447. One screw to the floor of the cargo slider, another screw to the vertical wall. I used a couple at the intersection of each vertical piece.
@@donrackley8551 talking about the ones for knee pads and hydraulic hose storage.
@@calliebarrett742 I bought a small press brake from Harbor Freight, some flat 0.032” thick aluminum sheet and some tin snips to make the holders on the doors.
Jake, no, it’s only available for drop trigger guns
What is the filer number so i can order one
Is this mechanical conversion available for the MX12 as well?
Good reaction time with the braking & steering input. (Hope she used the unscented soap🤔, the pine is the worst 😉)🤣
Glad you all are ok
Glad you all are ok!!
How did you attach the wood extensions to the cargo slides?
Thanks for watching, I used small L brackets to attach the sides to the cargo slide tray.
@@donrackley8551 any way to show close up pictures of this? TIA
Very nice upgrade.
That is one good looking bus. Nice storage upgrades.
Great! Thanks for the info
Thanks for the info.
Thanks Don, keep the new videos coming, many benefit from what seems so simple. NitroPilot
Wow, you need a commercial pilot license to drive that beast. Really cool dash.
HFT, I don't know about that, Tiffin has done such a good job integrating systems even I can drive one! lol! The ability to scroll through secondary engine gauges was a really good idea for them to add.
Very informative video. Good stuff. Sweet shotgun.
Nice video neighbor. I’m looking forward to learning more about this brand of shotgun.
That’s one beautiful bus.

Good stuff Don!

Really helpful, thank you. I like your clear easy to follow explanations.
Can the Giuliani setback trigger be replaced with the classic trigger blade, and visa versa? Excellent video!
