If you are beginner try beedahalli to Kumaraparvatha to Beedahalli. It is around 14Kms overall trek. Regarding health it’s left to your stamina and mind set. Both are same destination Kumaraparvatha. But the path is different. Kuke Subramanya to Kumaraparvatha 24Kms. Beedahalli to Kuke Subramanya 19Kms and Beedhalli to Kumaraparvatha 14KMS.
