Hello and welcome to NSFM. A channel about anything and quite possibly somethings you wish you didn't know. *grin.. Who Am I? My names Jason, i'm past my prime, and suffice to say i'm a geek. I love Pop culture and have a flat filled to the brim with more collectibles than i can count,
Be warned, Though, I am an ADULT collector and as such my videos may contain profanity and adult subjects. This channel is most definitely NOT FOR KIDS so parents please take responsibility for make sure you keep them away. I cannot stress this strongly enough.
As for the channel,, it's all about having laugh with like minded people. I wanna see your thoughts., your ideas and above all your enthusiasm. But please, leave the Drama at home. I just wanna make people smile and laugh. If I can make one person a day do that then i'm doing well.

I recall that particular version of Equinox,I'm sure it was used in a tv programme back in the day . Nothing wrong with that Undertones tune,it should have done a lot better !!! Thanks Nick. Was equinox used on tomorrow's world or something. Feels like the sort of thing they would use. Need to get some JMJ albums as only have 3 at the moment. This is a reupload by the way, lost about 20 episodes. Thankfully it's mainly the music I had to find again. And Judas Priest alway looked like the biker gang from smokey and the bandit.

Some cool songs!! Hot Blooded was always a great song!! Always loved the movie The Wiz so Ease on down the Road was one I listened to quite a bit!!
I wasn't that keen on the Wiz as a bit hammy acting but then i'm none too fond of Wizard of Oz either.

Some weird and wonderful stuff there Jason 🤔🤔🤔 Flash & the pan did a cracking/quirky tune called Waiting for a train,which did okay in the charts I think ??? As for Devo....I cant bloody stand them !!! 😄 78 was a bit of a funny time really with punk tailing off,two tone was on its way and then 80s synth pop was around the corner. Older more established bands I suppose were starting to struggle against a more youth orientated sound 🤔🤔🤔
I shall have to listen to that Flash and the pan song. It got to number 7. I think I remember it. I Liked Devo, they were different and not afraid to be so. But eyah interesting times ahead indeed. 1979 is yup now if you are interested.

Well this seemed familiar lol Loved seeing/hearing this again!! Everytime I hear I Hate Everything About You it takes me straight back to when I was a teenager and would go out to The Arcade (which I pretty much loved at) and we would play that song on the jukebox all the time and we would all sing the hell out of it!!

In 1968 Days of Pearly Spencer was a huge hit in Europe but not in the UK so strange
I ahd a look at that and yes it didn't seem to even make a slight dent in the UK, despite being a Northern soul song. Marc Almond did have a ht with it though in 1992
So now we know why these are B sides at best.

WOW! Frampton's "Baby, I Love Your Way" reached #12 here in the US, #3 in Canada, #8 in Brazil, etc. Did extremely well everywhere except in Frampton's home country. Why?

@@NotSuitableForMum Of course, this is the studio version of the song. The version that was a hit in the U.S. was from "Frampton Comes Alive!", which turned into a superstar at the time.

That's a lot of 7' vinyl to go through on the turntable especially since I don't have one on hand. ill just buy it on fun blue cassette tape especially since it's still a Record Store Day item that was reissued that they didn't have 35 YEARS AGO.
i got another 4 versions fo the album and if it want to listen to it then I'll just bung the d on. I bought it as intended, a cool collector's piece.
