The most important tip is to be consistent And streching ki baat kare to me koi bohot alag stretching routine wagera nahi karta … bas jo body part hit kiya hai gym me usko stretched position me hold kr ke rakhta hu for 20-30 secs thats it

Do conventional dead lift of 145 kg
I haven’t done a single rep of conventional deads since a year …. And I don’t thik so i can do it right now … will need to practice it first

Squats posture is in accurate.. and during bench press due to high weight your posture is being damaged, a arc is forming which shouldn't be... So better lower weight and try to do more reps it will help in muscle mass gain.. I thought as you're in medical field you should know this..
My goal is not muscle hypertrophy …. I am a powerlifter and my goal is to lift the weights from point A to point B posture does not matter much … and in bench press the arc i am making is intentional, arc is for decreasing ROM so that i can lift more weights

@@aryanpowerlifts 💀stop That arc doesn't have any relation with ROM.. and nevertheless that wrong postures can definitely create injuries..
