Voltbike Yukon 750 - First Ride and Unboxing Review
Просмотров 18 тыс.5 лет назад
This is a brief video about the Voltbike Yukon 750, including a first ride and an unboxing review. This will show you what you get from Voltbike when you order a Yukon 750, and what to expect out of the box. It’s a great experience, and I’d like to thank the folks at Voltbike for making such a great product! Important Note: Even though we did not use helmets in this review because we were in a ...
Hi John here you still got your honda goldwing
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I loved that you showed the different assist levels. Great vid.
Hey I’m getting one in 2-3 days, can you still order one with the Red? It’s not a game changer, the Blue looks wicked also. Nice can’t wait! 👍
Nice Glodie. I see you're wearing your slippers. They don't call it a couch on wheels for nothing!
The stock looks better but the aftermarket actually sounds better and quieter 🤦♂️😭😏
Beautiful Bike ! And you did something I wish all reviewers would do, tell your height / inseam and get on the bike, as you know the manufacturer recommendations don’t always work, I’m 5’11 so still not sure which model, the 17” or 20” the 20 looks better IMO, ...,Cheers 🤠🇨🇦
I have the same color on my 08. You can’t go wrong with a GoldWing provided you maintain it properly.
Hows she standing 3 yrs in?
Thanks for the effort! I still prefer the stock can. It looks better with the stacked pipes and sounds better. After all, this is a luxury scooter. Should not be too loud.
No Helmet hands off the bars You certainly hate your life
Is this your first motorcycle
How has the bike been holding up? And how good is it wen it comes to getting wet. It rains a lot here.
Didn’t it come with a helmet?
Just received mine yesterday, the box took a beating but no harm done to the bike. The rack for the water bottle was missing, called them, they are out of them for now, so Ill buy one at Canadian Tire, the battery shows four green lights and the onscreen board says battery at 88%, its been on the charger for two hours but still hasnt changed to green, is this normal , i thought in two hrs it would be fully charged from being at 88%...any thoughts, i8 will likely call and ask the mechanics at Volt..thanks
always coast with your feet / pedals level, not 1 up 1 down
test drove a goldwing last year cant wait to get one in around same year as one shown in video
Ten minutes later, comes flying by in a blur as he screams, "Pedal assist 22 ..........." LOL, fantastic average dude review! Thanks so much.
Your speedo is inaccurate, that was easily 50 mph hair after the ride.
Dude! Your going to loose weight and take someone’s wife go get the boy........
what size is the frame 17 inch or 20 ?
20
Lol...rotflmao....never ceases to amaze me!
Great video. Thomas is right ...funny hearing you call out the various pedal assist levels as you wizzed by!
Great video, thanks a lot. I am getting mine in a couple weeks. Can hardly wait to ride it.
Can you please do a uphill test
Great review!! how far can you go on a moderate assist level and full charge?
This is such a great "real guy, real world" review.
Thanks for the great review. I really enjoyed the unboxing and going through all the pedal assist function. Hope you enjoy your new Yukon
Thanks for the video, my dad and i each ordered this bike, I'm super excited! Cheers!
Now change the clutch and variator and watch all the pissed off kyles on their cbrs not keep up. Stock harleys fall behind like anchors
Thanks for the great video. I'm getting mine in a couple of days, and I was a little worried about my 30" inseam as well. You made me breathe a sigh of relief knowing that I will be able to stand over the bike with both feet almost flat on the ground.
40 km/hr = 24 mp/hr
wear your helmet
Thank you for the honest review. I've got things narrowed down to this brand and a handful of others.
What does this have to do with eTransit Revolution? Cheers
Huh I would have expected the 650 stock to be quieter.
You solidified my decision! I'm going to order the Yukon 750 Limited 17" Today. These two Canadian companies, Voltbikes and Sparkbikes, are seriously competitive to the American Rad Rover bikes. More quality parts for the same rad price, so buy Canadian! I almost bought the Spark X Leisure, which is in stock to ship now, but I'll wait the 2 weeks for a Yukon with better brakes and power.
City Lights I think you made a good decision. I love this bike and I feel quite sure it’s a very good value compared to competitors. The deciding factor for me was the brakes. Just better brakes (hydraulic disk brakes) for the same money on the Voltbike.
I have the Voltbike Mariner - really enjoying it.
Thanks for the great review. I had a good laugh watching you ride back and forth and call out the speeds. Cheers :)
Great review! Question: was there any drop in momentum when you stopped pedaling or was it complete free-wheel with zero added resistance from bike mechanisms? Thanks!
drums911 Thanks! Answer: one can definitely detect the motor kicking in when PAS > 2. The nice thing is that the power feels natural and is exhilarating. It feels like you are suddenly a champion rider. Lol 😂
@@etransitrevolution4640 Thanks for the response! My question should have been more specific; I was curious mostly about the free wheeling aspect - was/is there any detectable drag from the bike mechanisms (as opposed to terrain) or was/is it strictly free wheeling? I test rode a competitor's bike yesterday and could really feel the drop in free wheeling the moment I stopped pedaling. May have had some sort of regen on declines? Not sure - but wasn't happy with it.
drums911 I have no such sensation. The bike feels very free-wheeling to me. I simply love it. I think you will too.
How did you get one with Blue accents and tire liner!?!? That is literally the only thing holding me back from ordering one of these right now. I want one with Blue accents not Red and I can't find this info anywhere online! Any help is appreciated 😁 and congrats on your awesome Yukon!!
Did you end up ordering a Yukon 750?
King Pin I am ordering end of July! I'm excited. Has yours still been performing good for you?
@@paulwilson1693 Just placed an order today..Don't expect to receive the bike for 3-4 weeks! Spoke to them today and all Yukon 750s are blue now just like in this video. After a lot research I decided this was the best bang for the buck... Almost bought the RAD ROVER but this bike has better specs and components .Looking forward to it!
Which size frame did you get? Sorry if you mentioned it and I missed it.
Rob Fahnestock I believe it’s a 21” frame. This is the full size Yukon SE
@@etransitrevolution4640 They come in 17inch and 20 not 21
hi man congrats on the bike am wondering how many miles can you drive it on throttle only ?
med B Y I’ve never driven on throttle alone, but I would guess 20-25 miles.
I just ordered a Yukon Limited. How long did it take for you to receive yours?
Price bro, and the link Did you try on hills? No shipping to Australia 😭
Website bro, its there. 😛
E-Nonymouse name of the link if you know
How fast with just throttle
About 20mph.
The little piece of plastic(rubber) is a cover for the handle bar stem tube.
thegoodvsthebad Ah-Ha! Thank you! 😀
Oh my god i love Volts fat bike
Did you ever figure out what the little rubber piece that was in with the charger is for?
Eddie Rufus Not yet. 😂
@@etransitrevolution4640 The rubber cap is to fill the hole for the vertical handlebar adjustment.
Nice bike Andrew, i'm jealous
Thanks bro. Don't be jelly, just spend the money!
