Pete, this foot-tapping blues is so glorious coming off your hands, my Friend!!!!
Magnificent, Pete… you’re a true blues man!
Wow. 😊. This was a treat!
from some random kid from massachusetts, i love this and keep doing what you're doing.
Cool, Smoooth, Enjoyable, Inspirational. Made Me pick up my guitar next to Me and join in instantaneously... So many try to copy originals missing out on the beauty of playing one´s own interpretation/style and turning them into almost new originals :-)
Fantástico trabajo, está muy muy bien, enhorabuena una vez más y gracias por compartirlo, like 1
Very smooth.
This would have been a lot better if you hadn’t (1) left out an entire verse AND (2) gotten so many of the lyrics wrong … 🙄
Nice
Very laid-back and soulful rendition. Great pickin!!!
Nice!!!
Nice :- )
loved it
Very nice, soothing and beautiful playing.
thank you for your kind feedback.
손잡고 응원함니다 잘하심니다
Beautifully done, Pete a great “easy listening” piece! As always; pee Refectory!
Interesting. I'm familiar with Dylan's version and wasn't aware of Bromberg's. I'd thought Dylan had reimagined the lyrics a bit, but his version is quite close to this, except the refrain is "all the friends I ever had are gone." Great job. I have a version of Bob's on my channel FYI.
Watched some of your tunes and I really enjoyed. Loved the Bruce Coburn and Dylan tunes. Have been a Dylan nut since the early seventies and have seen him many times. Thanks for taking a listen and appreciate your kind feedback
One of my most cherished songs… Thanks, Pete…
Your absolutely welcome, thanks you for your kind feedback, appreciated !
Pete, I’m loving this take…a great 1st song of the morning in hot Winter Garden.
Thank You Dan, Donna and I are hoping to come down to your area for a month in the winter to borrow some of that heat. Keep those songs coming !!!!!!!

Really beautiful Pete and Donna ❤️ This brought back so many memories of my grandparents - we used to listen to this Jim Reeves classic at their home years ago ❤️
Very Nice!
This is so wonderful! I’m so glad you shared it🎶❤️👍
Thank You Dan, Would really love to see Donna sing more. She is very shy but loves music and singing.

Thank You Dan !!!!!!!!!!!
This is beautiful man
Love this slow version.
Excellent, Peter! I really enjoy listening to you play.
Thank You David appreciate your kind feedback. Would really like to see you play sometime. Hoping after December when I retire I can start rambling around the country and see people play music. Do you have a site were your schedule is avialable?
Hi what strings are you using here? Is that a 000-18 ? Thanks
I use the lightest strings that I can because of arthritis. I use Martin Silk would as they are easier to press down. I find that you don't really lose that much volume and it makes playing up and down the neck for prolonged periods easier.
What is it about playing guitar that makes you pull faces?
It is something I have done since I was a child and I don't know I'm doing it.
It seems to be an involuntary action, I cant control it either
This is an incredible rendition of this song. So much massive sound from one guitar and voice. Great work!
Thank You for your kind feedback, I appreciate it.
Love this.Love the picking and the lyrics are great.
Thank you Colin for your kind feedback it is appreciated.
What a guitar!! Great job!
Thank You for your kind feedback I appreciate it.
I enjoyed the cover and voice! Rick Danko could write and compose beautiful songs, but this one was co-written by Robbie Robertson as well.
The basement tapes are full of jams that I like to dig up. Can you imagine being there taking the fun in.
@@PFfly123 Yeah. Must've been a great time for them. BTW, not sure if you know, but it was actually recorded AFTER the real "Basement Tapes" sessions. It was either recorded around '68, or in between "Stage Fright" and "Cahoots".
Loved it !
Thank You. for your kind feedback
NICE JOB!!
