It's actually a vision problem. ARC want to pretend that Atlanta is the city of Atlanta, when it's not, and we cannot have transit only be a hub and spoke from Atlanta. We need connections between Perimeter Center and Cumberland, or between Town Center and Mansell Rd for instance, and they should be expanding park and rides, but they are doing the opposite - eg Xpress is removing stations.
Don't move to Washington we're full up!!!!!!!

Home Depot over works their workers it’s like slave labor .
Is it in the mountains?
Good question! There are parts of Gwinnett county that are hilly, but to find true mountains, you will have to venture more northward about an hour away.
I pay 1000$ for job offer, but I am from Russia. Any hints?
You missed the Home Depot, we have one here. I also agree that it is becoming over populated. I don't mind not having much here and having to travel to go where I need something. Not having everything here keeps the crime rates lower.

Really great home especially for that price.
I spoke with one of the neighbors, and he absolutely loves living here. No regrets! He's a car guy, so the driveway and garage were plenty of space for him along with his backyard for his dogs!
I appreciate the info you provide about the community, the conveniences of the location, the video of the community and the builder incentives prior to the tour, but the viewing of the home is a bit rushed and you didn't show all areas of both levels. Those things help many viewers decide if they want to visit the community.

Do you help your clients buy homes without an HOA?
I do! However, there are very few new construction communities that are non-HOA. Most of the non-HOA new construction are individual houses on streets not part of a subdivision. Please let me know if you need any help!

Honestly dont like it. Its like every modestly affordable home was built from the 50's to 70's and they go through some crappy corporate reno to be rented out when they often would be better off vanquished. Only reason to live here is if you are looking for a $1m dollar plus home because they have far better value in Gwinett than between 10 and 2

I heard Seattle opted out of the heavy rail, so the money went to Atlanta Georgia Marta subway. Now as of Gwinnett county, people need to fight Gwinnett county transit to improve their service, when I lived down there for a few, it took almost two hours for a bus to come. I've been on Marta buses, the bus driver's are jerks, they sit there two hours at the terminals talking with their coworkers and then when they come to start their trip, they come cussing, I guess to keep people from saying something and the people just sit there and don't say anything.
Didn't know about the money from Seattle to Atlanta. Good to know! Mid-term elections are this month for Gwinnett County chairman and district commissioners. Perhaps we can make a change for new leaders to help lead the way for Marta expansion! I know increased taxes is a stickler for most residents, but if we can balance the budget more efficiently and fairly, I could see it benefitting the county as a whole. Two-hour wait for a bus is totally insane. Hoping that improves!
I live in Seattle & I heard about that too recently. We turned down heavy rail because we just didn’t think Seattle was going to grow that big…but boy were we wrong. That $$$ went to Atlanta to form MARTA and the rest is history. We didn’t get LINK light rail until 2009 and now playing catchup. But hey at least projects are underway and in about 2-3 years our system will cover the same area as DC’s rail system. I heard Atlanta’s MARTA only really serves the core of Atlanta, Fulton, & Dekalb which sucks for the metro area, which is pretty big down there. Hopefully both our systems get it together, because Atlanta & Seattle’s traffic sucks 👎

@@misteriknow2069 it's a shame they refused heavy rail, here in NYC we have plenty of heavy rail as you know already, I wish I could give some of NYC subway trains to y'all in Seattle.
@@mtasubwaymartasubway it’s cool, I was in NYC last summer & I like the speed of Heavy Rail, but I prefer the modern design & cleanliness of Light Rail. If I want a taste of Heavy Rail I’ll just fly down to SF & use their BART system to get that itch…(or just use our Sounder Train Commuter Rail)
You mentioned nothing about the Cultural Diversity. Local Hospitals with full service ER. You also need to update information about variety of restaurants and flavor choices. Good place to raise a family as most homes have a yard and sidewalks. There are Several parks with walking trails. Snellville is a 5 minutes drive to Stone Mountain Park which hosts multiple events throughout the year. Not a big city, but that’s part of the appeal.
