Well, watching my hives and inflammation dissolve every day until it all disappeared was definitely appeasing, I went with what I mentioned and after 20 days my urticaria disappeared. I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and now my skin is as smooth and healthy as it has ever been!
Loving this series Kaite and Izzy, always good to hear Bob speak....I too am a great believer in the ethos of ‘sleeping on things’ and that ‘issues will look better in the morning’.... Administrators appointed shelves empty care to provide an update?
I can really see how Vested can work with a large organisation such as BP, where having a formal structure is probably essential when attempting to introduce new thinking. It still feels odd to me that we need to pay for something that seems to be simple common sense, but I guess having the formalised structure touching every element of a sizeable and complex relationship must really help. That Wendy found it such a straightforward internal sell is proof of this. I'd still approach with caution when looking at simpler and smaller relationships such as catering contracts, though the principles are the same. We almost always find we get to the point where "the cost is the cost" thanks to a thorough and open process where transparency and fairness is built into the procurement process. The key is to understand what both parties truly need from the relationship to avoid suspicion on both sides and/or the need for the supplier to find hidden ways to drive income from contracts. Not as easy as it sounds!
