2:29 I did the rock test on this exact jump and it fails 2/3 times. There is such little room for error in this jump you should not be fucking with it, you might not die but if you're off by a bit the shallow rocks will shatter your ankle and fuck up your leg for life. Just ask my friend. Not worth it. Count yourself among the lucky ones.

I went to Whatcom falls today, jumped off 11 times

for your own safety: please remove the snorkel while diving. if you blackout underwater your body will have a laryngo spasm in order to prevent water from entering your lungs- which is a very useful reaction. if you wear a snorkel in your mouth, water can enter your lungs more easily, plus if your buddies bring you up to the surface they can have a hard time getting the snorkel out, cause your jaws will be closed tightly. making it harder to bring you back to consciousness. in short: do not dive with snorkel in mouth.

I am reaching out to you because I am a student filmmaker making a short documentary about a teenager who about three and a half years ago fell off the Mt Pilchuck cliff. He was helicoptered to Harborview in Seattle and eventually made a full recovery. We were actually just up there this weekend for his first time back up to the top.
