I did a iPhone 8plus to 12 housing mod. I got it from fanscreate and after doing housing I lost cell reception only get 1 bar or no service so now Iam having to buy a OEM housing to regain cell reception hopefully ,The original housing was cracked but didn't have a cell problem

what were you melting on the phone itself? what was that stuff,wax or flux?

Best way to fix a no sound in either side of your headphones is like that, just bridge the speaker wire and most likely it will work. I did it and it worked like a charm. I peeled a section of the red wire and solder there my wires to the speaker. Mine were not working on the right side (Solo 3), it was a bit tricky because of ungluing the battery on that side. just take your time and do it carefully. Thanks amigo!

Hi shrusti I was wondering if somebody could help me with this problem. I have a iPhone SE 2020 there is a small square bracket on the main logic board between the board and the tapic engine. I would like to know its function, there is an electrical contact point on it but it doesn’t seem to touch ground or any other electrical point. there is a ribbon from the charging port that sits on the tapic engine then this bracket sits on top and then it is screwed into place Could you please enlighten me….thanks in advance Cliff

Well thanks for your video,I have the self same problem with a charging port. I have done all the checks and it all points to the charging port. I changed the port with a apple genuine part,i have checked the values on the motherboard and they seem fine so I will get another charging board from a different supplier and hope it’s a good one.thanks again,Cliff

It happened to me today after screen replacement of an A40. Thanks to your video I checked the charging port and I realized that I knocked off one of three very tiny components, probably a resistor, on the back side of the board. It must have happened, when I inserted a metal tool under the PCB, because it was glued in.

fantastic work, but if i have to do the same with my cell phone pfffff... it will be a little more difficult without a microscope. Wil my Samsung A70 has been playing crazy for two days because of charging, once it doesn't charge again or only for a short time and since today the cell phone doesn't want to charge the battery at all anymore. I've already cleaned the charging plug, tried another cable, another charger, nothing helps😓😓😓😓😓

Why go through all this trouble instead of reading the panic logs and seeing which sensor triggers the restart? In your case, for charging port, should show a prs0 error. I got a lot with mic2 error which is on the power button flex. Rarely it’s an interposer issue
