For the pressure blasting portion, what size nozzle are you using with the 60 PSI flow? Thanks!

Excellent video - main issue is CFM - need a big compressor.

      @@greatlakesfinishingequipme615 I have a 6 cfm at 90psi , 5 hp 27 gal compressor. Could I run a 10 gal pressure or small suction for small items?

@@cubul32 You need 32 cfm. with the gun assembly shown, there are 12 cfm. guns available.

You need 15cfm at 90psi, which is 5hp. Then you can run straight 1/2 inch hose (a bit too big for 15cfm but you will have time for coffee) from compressor all the way to the gun. 33% media 66% air is the sweet spot. 101PSI is the most optimal pressure. You're welcome. He is doing something wrong here. Way too slow for that paint. My regular media siphon based will remove powder coat at his rate. I built them and use them since 80s. You want super simple leak free, dust free cabinet. No need for direct pressure, gauges, etc. One gauge at the wall.

What do you charge for something like that?
