I saw india open for Sade in 2001 at the Jones Beach Theater. It was the first time I had heard her, and I fell in love immediately. :-D
I saw Sade in 2001 here in Las Vegas at The MGM before 9/11 and Sade was there again two weeks lateral the MGM and I saw that show.that show had so much more meaning after what America had suffered through that month.

Also, when Abel makes those movements with his hands that accompany his melancholic, sweet and sexy voice, and the old black and white images of people dancing, it gives me Lana del Rey vibes and it is not surprising since in addition to being one of his references on his music 🎶, she is one of his great friends in the music industry.
