Is the 16mm footage in the beginning? If not, how did you get that effect?

I just purchased an 8 x 10 camera and just stumbled on this video. I hope you’re still doing this though the video is four years old. Whatever your tools whatever you process, they are mostly irrelevant because the real thing is the images and they are absolutely beautiful.

Super cool! I always wanted a gipsy photo wagons from the past. Looks like it would draw customers in where ever you go? I presume you need a vendors license to charge people or perhaps you can ask for donations. Using a strobe is a great idea to get the exposure time down. What is the f stop of the lens, shutter time and asa of the tin type?

My mere memories about Los Angeles are me bike riding cruising and being apart of the action. Also I had a couple deep memories in the whole house party scene thing which was in the hood. I had good memories in my neighborhood which I love my block. Oh and I had a stronger supporter of people who liked me. Woah this was a Wonderful video. You know as a photographer and artist myself I have been taking photographs since I was like 15 years old. (2010) And in those 12 years I have been doing most of my work alone and solo. When time went on I was hoping that I would find a partner that liked photography art just like I do. But by the time each year ended I really did feel like it was never going to happen. I just wanted someone in my life to share my hobby with. But I just try so hard to enjoy being a photographer and focus on my photography work people in my life, and the other things that I love to do in my life. I’m not saying anything here to make any of you guys feel bad for me or anything like that. I’m just sharing you all my experience as a photographer

I know and understand that everyone has their own opinions and thoughts on shooting with film and I respect that. But for me I just rather stick with digital photography. For a couple reasons why is because with digital you can take as many pictures as you please and you can see what they look like and tif they didn’t come out the way that you pictured then you can just delete them and do it again. And secondly film is kind of expensive now a days.

This was fantastic. The color grading, the editing, the story - very well done.
