Well I do think that what's going to happen is you're going to have Microsoft come out and others come out and basically continue to pump the capex spending and say nothing but bullish things for Nvidia. Given the fact that it's going to be damage control, they're going to need to tell the market that no, they need to continue to buy and buy and buy and buy more and more Nvidia chips to scale out and that they have no plans on slowing down. That's just my own opinion though. I'm looking for a relief bounce. Single worst day for Nvidia. I couldn't see it as anything more than a buying opportunity to be honest for a long position.

According to SEC filing, company can’t do offering until end of February but their lockout period will end tomorrow on January 26, meaning insider will able to sell their stocks from January 27. Insider missed the whole move from November due to lockout period and they won around 25 million shares. Do you think the stock price will go down if they start to sell?

I like your Channel a lot. I made a lot of money when it bursts from the 21 down to the $9 level on some puts that I had. But it was the first time that I ever bought puts. I'm very new to options so all this information is very useful for me. Up until now I've just been a dip buyer mainly on Bitcoin and Tesla and over the last 3 years I've been able to make my account grow from about $2,000 to at the Peak 17 Grand. It's back down to 15 Grand now. I'm definitely doing a lot more research on IV crush and waiting patiently. This week I got smoked on $700 worth of puts because of exactly what happened with the short squeeze on Monday when we opened up that puts I had bought on Friday were in the money $10 strike but I got definitely taken out mainly because I wasn't watching the screen as I was at work so I didn't see it break through that short squeeze level. Thanks for the content. I'm going to do a bit more homework before I start playing around with puts too much

Few things: 1. Any bonds that the holder decides to convert that bond no longer needs to be paid back. The holder is getting paid back with shares. 2. This means of the 7b in outstanding bonds only 3b (newest issue, 0%) will likely need to be paid back in cash. 3. of the 21b in bonds only the latest 3b is part of that 21 plan. The strategy is likely use ATM to get a head of everyone else, once BTC is up and stock price back over 450-500 then start issuance of new bonds. 4. The bond buyers love these bonds and eat them up, they are the highest performing bonds in the market by like 10x or more. Also the bond market in US is over 46T in market cap, there is plenty of capital available for MSTR bonds. 5. the 21/21 plan has been expanded already MSTR will issue 2b of brand new preferred stock to buy BTC likely sometime this qtr.
