I hear you! It can definitely feel like the same success stories get repeated. But have you checked out Cassiy Johnson’s RUclips channel? She interviews successful new Etsy sellers every month, so you might find some fresh perspectives there! Also, you can actually find brand-new Etsy shops that are seeing success using the EverBee Chrome extension. It shows shop ages in the analytics, so you can spot newer shops making sales. New sellers do break through-it’s just about finding the right strategy and trends to tap into!

I don't think you handle custom orders on SL, it would still be in your printify account but I'll double check :) I know hellocustom does automated personalization though and printify has also added some more advanced personalization features as well.

So for right now Simply Listed can only make mockups for images uploaded to Printify BUT Printify made an update recently for personalized listings that's really helpful! If you upload your custom design to Printify and toggle on the "Personalization" button on the publishing page in Printify before publishing it to Etsy, then when you get orders on that item, they will show up in your normal orders tab but WON'T go to production until you upload the custom artwork, even if you have automated order approval turned on in your account! So now you can publish all custom designs directly to Etsy like normal ones instead of having to make them manually on Etsy and then have them go to your other orders tab. And this is good news for using Simply Listed, because now that your design is uploaded into Printify, now you can make mockups for them no problem!! We also have a custom version of our software coming out in the next week or two where you can upload your own artwork instead of pulling it from Printify if you'd rather do it the way you have been doing it as well. Feel free to reach out to our customer support on Simply Listed if you have any other questions at all!

To find the total fees and shipping costs on Etsy, go to your Shop Manager, select Finances, and download your Payment Account CSV. Open it in a spreadsheet, sum up columns for fees (like transaction and listing fees) and shipping costs. You can also check your Tax Documents for an annual summary. These tools help me find trending keywords, market gaps, and products in high demand. Both EverBee and eRank have free versions, which I used when I was starting out until I began getting more sales. But if you’re not ready to invest in tools yet, you can still spot demand by searching for bestsellers (you can even filter searches by bestseller by changing out the word "star" for "best" when applying the starseller search filter) and looking for listings that show "20+ in carts". That’s a clear sign that the product is in high demand! Check the video description for links to everbee (they are affiliate and help support my channel at zero cost to you- or simply search for them on google :)

Thank you but with $5600 they’re likely to be making $2000 with this one item which is still good but may pay a lot of money with Etsy ads. I’m on a journey to my first Etsy shop with phone cases. Getting a massive portfolio together. I’m not so sure it’s as easy as it seems as most have no sales but will try

@@melaniekehaya2868 what do you mean massive portfolio? Hopefully you are just going ahead and listing, gathering data to inform decisions and then applying that to your next designs? I would caution against spending too much time creating a massive portfolio of unproven designs. You just need one listing to start. My best advice to you is to search and find etsy shops that almost or exculisvely sell cell phones that have only been open in the last 1-3 years, has 20K or more sales and really study those shops. Success leave clues and proven strategies.

The only problem is that I was selling non-refundadable downloadable images.I closed my Etsy store;situations like this are just way too stressful for me to deal with.I’m setting up my own e-commerce store through Shopify
