Thank you for sharing this. The Nocturnal was always such an excellent event. Such happy memories of it. In fact, when Tony Blackman who started it, wasn't able to run it anymore, I restarted it for a few years with the council's support. Until they decided they'd do up Piece Hall with marble flagstones which they didnt want buses driving over. Sadly missed event. And it was a strange thing, but it was the one event that I always felt it added to it if it rained. All those steamed up windows and tunsten bulbs in the dark, just went together. Thanks for helping bring back such happy memories.
