Sidewalks: Many Sidewalks in older part of Phnom Penh are broken, or in such a bad condition making it in some case impossible for pedestrians to walk by. Beggars: Furthermore children beg and harass tourists, sometimes snatching the food from them, that is indeed too much for anyone to experience. Help and support: And more help and support at all the border crossing would be very much appreciated. The people must not be left behind: Cambodian people must be equally informed or educated on how to drive on the highway, to respect the traffic lights, to follow the speed limit, and to obey the rule of the road. Not to litter: People should not litter everywhere they go; and they should also take their thrashes back with them. Cambodians are smart and very friendly.👍 Vandalism: Last but not least, Angkor Wat is a Cambodian National treasure, and a UNESCO world heritage, but recently we saw an apsara’s with a broken leg, another one got her nose chopped off, yet another with a bosom missing and graffiti on an elephant in another temple. This is vandalism. Stop vandalism: If not under efficient control, these vandalism will go on, and most of the apsaras will have no more nose ? huh ! Thin pillars: Finally but foremost, Angkor Wat’s many supporting pillars are thin out at its bases and are not mended then. Good luck. -------
