I wanted to test out the Quest 2's recording software by recording at a 16:9 aspect ratio 60FPS (SideQuest) while playing Beat Saber's "One Hope". It does it's job, although with some noticeable cutbacks. Compression is pretty heavy, and the game's frame-rate does seem to dip pretty frequently. I definitely suggest recording using external hardware.
