After this bit of rain we have been having the smell has started up again, we had to shut all our windows last night as it was that bad.

Just curious to know how putting traffic lights at the roundabout would fix the smell of hydrogen sulfide most likely a result of oxidizing acid sulfate soils on a low tide?

Problem solved... put traffic lights where the roundabout it now :) And yes, this is where the smell is coming from.

It appears a though quite a lot of former farm land has been inundated and is now swamp.

There is certainly some water lying around there with all the rain we have had recently and no sunshine it looks very boggy. My Phantom 4 Pro arrives today so a big learning curve for the next few months. I want to take mainly still images but will have to learn how to fly it first.

Thanks Lachlan, the audio is crappy and low, but i never noticed until after I uploaded it to you tube. I am a qualified Ultralight pilot with 30 years experience and I put in a radio call to Ballina Airport for permission, before I took off, I only had permission to fly for 30 mins and to keep below 100ft. No mater where I am flying the drone I always put out a radio call just to let anybody in the area know I am there and always keep below 400ft. You should check out some of the other video`s I have done for the caravan parks down south, Red rock, Wooli, Moonee beach etc. Thanks for watching

Hey nice vid! just let you know the audio isnt great its too quiet and in stereo not mono, and you might get into some trouble from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority as Boulders is in a direct flight path. but looks good.
