I so needed to hear you say time your time decorating your home. I moved into my apartment 4ish months ago now and impulsively bought and hung so much so quickly that now I feel like it's not even all my style.
I've done that so many times!! Its so hard not to rush cause you want to be settled in your place and its so exciting and fun to decorate that you just want to get it done. Thrifting helps too!
Hi from Oceanside! I just moved to California from Hawaii for my husband. He’s stationed in Camp Pendleton and it’s so hard making friends here. Mid 20s, no kids, surrounded on base by families it feels like I’m the only one living this life. So so so glad I found your channel, we’re both building homes and planting roots in a similar spot 🤍
Hi!! It can be tough when you feel surrounded by people in different phases but your group is out there! Just keep doing the hobbies and things your interested in and you'll find them. 🫶 I think the next thing I am going to try is join a social group on insta and try making friends that way. We will see!

Hi from SYD Australia! I completely relate with finding it hard to make friends. I just entered my 30’s and so many of my friends from school/20’s moved away to different states and across the globe. It’s very hard! but love that you took yourself to a pottery class. Now I feel inspired 😂 thank you for sharing! ❤

Hey Mikey! I just stumbled upon your channel and I'm so excited! I totally resonate with being in your 20's and struggling to make new friends and just navigating all of those young-adulthood challenges. I'm also just starting off on RUclips and have been struggling to find other small channels that I actually enjoy watching. I can't express how much I loved this vlog! It's rare that I watch every second of a video, but you have such good vibes and authenticity! Can't wait for more videos to come out. P.S. the mirror definitely looks better with the more natural wooden vibe. My suggestion is maybe try putting it in the corner for a few days and if you don't like it, then just keep it how it is now!
