Pretty sure it does, the description on the scrolls are poorly translated. Quoting from the Willrock NPC: “if you use an upgraded magic power enchant scroll, your chances of successfully powering up weapons to +7 and armors to +5 will be doubled.”
@@veromosbf2215 in korean server , they show rates for enchanting during 2x , it does feel like +8/+6 have an increase value over +7/+5 when looking at the odds
@@IamLat yeah tbh I think I feel it as well, either way I bless it for +5/+7 anyways since it’s only like 10-20k to bless haha
