If you were an investor that payed for their training + music + their activities and let's say you invested 15.000 dollars in stocks for Ador (let's say they are most of your life savings) and you hoped to get that investment back + profit when the contract ends for them in 2029, but they decide to just go. And you still haven't gotten your investment back because it was planned for you to gain the money + profit in 2029, then... would you think the same? No. Everything they have done has been funded with third party's money, so yeah, if you signed a contract, you better pay the fee to get out of it or wait till it ends. It's not fair to the people that have invested on them. When 👖 accepted third party's money and they accepted for their whole image, music and career to be manufactured by other people investing their money, talent, knowledge and their work hours on you, then this stops being "their choice". If they had started with their own funds, payed themselves their housing and pre debut training, and made themselves the concept, payed for their own clothing, the branding and their licenses, then, ofc they are absolutely to do what they want. You stop being able to decide when it's not your money.

Signing a contract also mean you're not free to do whatever you want, hence "a contract". They're free to do whatever else they want to do in their life EXCEPT the things that had been agreed upon in the contract.

You don't have to be tied to an agency. Just pay everything for yourself since the very beginning, empty your own pocket and pay for your dancing classes, makeup artists, music lessons, and get your own practice rooms, housing, and all that jazz, don't accept investors money ✨so... It's not that easy, to get to 👖success and popularity level this fast without millions of dollars invested on you since training would be pretty much impossible unless you are born rich and with lots of contacts in the music industry. So yeah, influencers most of the time are pretty much self made, behind idols there are dozens of people that work in their image, branding, training, licences, marketing team and investors trusting them with their hard earned money, so no, that's why they are not free to do what they please as 90% of what they are has been manufactured by others and payed with someone else's money. In the west you see lots of talented people singing or dancing on the streets trying to get lucky bc they do not have the funds to get far in the music industry, they come up with their own branding and try to be creative with their concepts, but most of the time it doesn't get them too far without a proffesional marketing team that knows how to sell "them".

Its not mandatory to have an agency to get deals but they have an existing contract with ADOR. In fact the licenses to their songs, the dorm they live in all the staff they have are from Ador/Hybe so they cant just take deals without Ador in the mix. Thats the whole point of signing a contract one party can just say the contract is void if the other party doesnt agree.

you DO realize that NO ONE was forcing NJ girls to sign their contract with Ador/Hybe, right? So, NJ girls current situation is because they SIGNED themselves to a contract with Ador. The law stated that any works done once you sign exclusive contract has to be through the agency you signed that exclusive contract with. But the law NEVER stated that you have to you an agency in the first place.
