Sircle Yoga Dance is a Guided Movement Meditation Program to help your body and mind break out of rigidity and enter into a *circular flow state*. Sircle creates space for the body to awaken and embrace its full potential.
MEDITATIVE BLISS
Create a calming of the senses that carries through for the entire session. You'll be guided to slowly turn off the senses of the body and tune into our breath, allowing your body intelligence to start awakening.
PHYSICAL STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY
Sircle's combination of strength and fluidity create the perfect balance to keep your body fit and flexible. Exercise the body’s cardiovascular abilities through a continuous increase in intensity.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Our lives are filled with task-based actions which can create blocks and a build up of feelings. Our practice allows us to listen to what our body is saying without our mind overpowering.

Happy Navratri! Dance to the different energis of Shakti!
Navratri directly translates to “nine nights”. For 9 nights we dance and celebrate the beautifully complex energy of Shakti. Every night we focus in on a specific sequence to isolate and explore in depth one aspect of the beautiful complexity that is Shakti. We dress up, wear our skirts and dance the night away. We just finished our Navratri for this year in Bangkok and are sharing a little sneak peak of the energies in this short practice.
