It always blows my mind when he sings the Spanish song. I have been lucky enough to see him play in Spain a couple of times and needless to say he played it both times.

Lucky people. There's a special edition of Forever Blue that came out in Australia with some live tracks on it. I am not sure if they are 'just' some tracks from the live at Bimbo's recording which is quite easy to find now anyway. It would have been very very cool to have had that back then though.

You owe me some kind of love is one of my favourite songs ever. I've tried to play it but there's only about two chords, it's hard to make such a simple song sound so good.(for me anyway) Chris and Jimmy were fantastic.

Kind of an odd view, but I am glad you shared it. I wish there were more pro shot high quality recording from those days (and earlier) but to be honest I feel quite spoiled as a Chris Isaak fan the last few years.

My step-daughter declared that 2 out of her top 5 things - figure skating and Chris Isaak <she was 10 at the time> Thanks once again for finding all these performances for us; he's always been amazing live and as of this past summer when i saw him last he still is

Ironically this is better than some of the songs on the Speak of the Devil album. I really don't understand how a song like this gets buried considering some of the much less great songs that are released. This would have fit pretty well on Baja Sessions or one of the more recent albums like Mr Lucky maybe. here here, an outakes collection is badly needed.
