I was watching a RUclips video "Colin & Penelope Season 3 Kisses" from the Splendiferous channel. In episode 7 (incorrectly labeled as episode 6) when they kiss at night in the street after their argument, you can hear Colin/Luke whispering to her "I love you" when she is pressed against the door. It's audible in this video because the music has been turned way way down. I'm not delulu. You can hear him say it if you really listen [ I even slowed it down to .75 speed in the Settings]. I have wondered, since it's so soft, if it was Colin or Luke speaking extemporaneously.
