Always great hearing from the legend himself no matter where that might be. This must've been one of his last appearances in the mainstream media I would imagine.

I hope he found inner peace before he lost his opportunity .. I get it. That forced “smile” he keeps is so very telling. It has shaped his personality. He adjusted well,considering the massive amounts of pressure he carried on his shoulders. I really hope he looked towards the looking glass for help. 🪷

He was subtle in his music but he added the harmony that was strategic but it was the 3rd which is essentially a part that gets lost in the mix but very important. He did it the best and wasn't applauded for it. He seems to have a big ego which is strange for a guy doing the third.

My sister loved this film is why I watched it. Gina Rowland and Peter Falk were two of our favorites. But I found it slow and offensive. It's like the lines were ad libed. Gina Rowlands saved it from being an absolute bomb.

Joe Pyne's flagrant disrespect directed against "American Indians" is readily apparent from the way he addressed the two guests during the "interview" above. On the other hand, at least Mr. Pyne didnt try to conceal his bigotry. Those were certainly different times.

Without watching it all, I'll add that I loved Chicago before Kath's demise. Knew every song, playing trumpet I learned many of Loughnane's parts. Even took up trombone to play Pankow parts too. And even taught myself keyboards as I like to sing Lamm's parts (which is tough to accomplish if playing a brass instrument). LOL. All that said, Chicago should have retired after Kath died. They were never the same, and arguably far worse. I always preferred the rock band over the MOR sounds Cetera led. Don't get me started on Bill Champlin - hated him. They became a cover band of themselves.

It totally surprised me that they didn't do 25 or 6 to 4 but they did Skin Tight?? That's a total head scratcher, but they were amazing on the songs that they did!

I appreciate so much Robert Lamm and his contributions to music and, unbeknownst to him, my life. Right now, his music, perspectives on life, and comments are helping me through this dark time in our country's history. I'm so grateful for him and the band Chicago❣️
