I don't use them.often but they are great for highlights and additions as you finish a painting!

Thanks for your comment Wendy, though I am confused. The portable painter is designed by a UK born artist, it is made in China but is well made and very pratical. The Etchr bags are designed by an Australian artist, again manufactured in China but to a very high standard. And the gouache are Windsor and Newton, another UK brand. I have a portable painter for my watercolour already and can confirm they are superb for plein air and studio work, and so far the slate has been fantastic! Windsor and Newton Designer Gouache are excellently pigmented and the paint goes a LONG way, so you dont have to buy over and over again. Please could you explain what you mean?

This is a gorgeous man made pond/lake which is super pretty! I really jealous of the home built on the edge of it - such a view!
