Honestly, what felt strange about Amorim's tactics was that the top assist players weren't even played, namely Casemiro and Eriksen. Even though all of his strikers are sharp. 

The main problem is the tactics of Amorim. In the league where he now works, players must be creative during match, which mean that the tactics must allow for individual decisions, and the players must be trained to take such decisions, not just to follow a choreography and run faster. Amorin¨s tactics seems to be a somewhat complicated and rigid choreography with a 3-4-3 formation as a base, without any real room for individual creativity. But the weak points in this choreography have been read and gets exploited by every adversary. Furthermore, there is no sign that he is willing or able to adapt his strategy. Amorim is now focusing upon player swaps to save his job. But these swaps will only change players that have some problems with others that also have some problems. This process of Amorim is steadily leading to the now unthicable bottom, and then further downwards.

Aa a fan of Man UTD ....i lived and worked in London before...i give the advise for Man UTD to try get Victor Gykores the wonderful striker from Sporting him and Ruben Amorim get on very well and Gykores scored so many goals for Sporting Lisbon and helped win championships ...Some present Man UTd players are useless ,the defence is horrible .Change the goalkeeper too
