What is working for me regarding pricing strategy? and What challenges to my pricing. My pricing is based on my total expenses plus the wage per hour - it works but, the challenge is the market value - what value others place on the pricing of my service/product - finding that balance that covers my expenses but still provides a good service/product.

Great info Becky! I have heard you talk about web stores and you website before. Could you explain the difference? Wouldn't your website also be a webstore?

Lesson learned from holiday seasons past. Stick to deadlines and value your time as others will not. As I can’t tell you how many years I was embroidering or tracking down people on Christmas Eve. Hurdle for the end of year. Not enough of me to go around, yes I am working on getting help

This has been a great discussion and reminder. I can say since last Nov this has been the one of my hardest year. With a lot of family loss and sadness , but my business is booming. I have felt cheated that what I have been striving and working towards with my business become a chore when my family has needed me more. I needed this reminder and grounding. Thank you for the help with my mind set.

I have created an avatar of my idea client. Listing attributes about them such as likes, age, pain points they have. Through this I have be able to start explaining or thinking of ways I can help them.

Wow. I don't know how I stumbled across this. I started screen printing in 1981 and went to Scott's US School of Screen Printing in 82, and 83. Scott was always a treat to listen to at trade shows. I even landed a job at a huge print shop(a little garage startup called Amazon) listed on his website in later years. I've been retired from the screen print industry for four years. Thanks Scott for all the info. And thank you guys for having him on your show.
