The free fonts are fine to use in designs that you sell or things you create to share online. You can create a logo in Canva but if you use any - any element other than a line or shape - that logo cannot be trademarked. If you were to create logos to sell, again if you use any element from Canva other than a free font, line, or shape, then it must be a Canva template link that you provide to the customer. The creators from Canva who make all the elements get paid when their item gets downloaded, so if you create something using one of their elements and sell 10 of those items without using the template link - they get paid once instead of the other 9 times they should have been paid for. Does that help explain it a little better? I know it's super confusing.

I know it's confusing so let me see if I can explain it a little more clearly. If you create a card that you want to sell and you use any of the Canva elements other than a free font, line, or shape, then technically it has to be sold as a template using their template link. If you get your own graphics then that doesn't apply as long as you only use free fonts and your own graphics. I get all of my graphics from Creative Fabrica or Creative Marketplace with the commercial license. Does that help?

If you need to work on an A5 size, just set your custom size to the size you need. If you want to create 2 pages side by side double your width and divide it in the middle to see them accurately while you're designing. Then resize it to the correct size to print it. Hope that helps 😊

This will be a setting on your printer to tell it to print both sides or print one side then flip all the pages in the printer and print the other side. It's not a setting in Canva.

You can still use Typeform with the embed feature in Canva.

The type of file for the social images doesn't make a difference.

Actually you CAN still use Typeform in Canva. Just use the Embed App to embed it on your Canva landing page. New tutorial coming soon.

Try downloading it at a higher pixel. It sounds like it's getting distorted in the Google mail app.

I downloaded as a PDF bc the quality is wayyyy better but unfortunately you can’t upload it to gmail. So what I did was screenshotted the PDF and then uploaded it to gmail and the quality was much better. I wish quality would be better but it’s good enough to work in my opinion

If you are using the free fonts it should be ok but technically Canva gives you a one-time use license when you create a design. My suggestion to be on the safe side is get a subscription to Creative Fabrica and use fronts from there. That genuinely eliminates the concern that there could be copyright issues later. What kind of products are they?

I don't usually use a template but create my own and for the stickers I typically create an 8.5"x11" design so that when it's printed, it can be printed on regular paper at home. Hope that helps.

I'll be doing an update to this video soon. I had to take time off for my husband's stroke and my business but in the latest round of updates, the Typeform app was discontinued but there are other alternatives that can be used and I'll update as soon as I can.

@@thecanvanerd Canva doesn't seem to support embeded apps. Have to use WordPress or something else. Have asked Canva about this and as usual, no reply. Going to cancel Canva as they aren't great for website design. For other stuff...yeah...but website...no.

Unfortunately in the last round of Canva updates they lost the Prisma app but you can use the Paintify app instead. It has lots of cool features as well.

@@CsikungGyakorlatok You should add content directly to your website instead of embedding it. It is really easy to achieve most designs directly within the website builders themselves. The example that is shown in the video above is a simple design that is best suited being built directly on the page. Now, if you are talking about things like video or interactive graphs, yes, an embed is ok. As for tutorials, all website builders include basic design instruction in their documentation.

@@nevergravity thank you - I just wanted a one page thing on the main page without website builders, because the subdomains will have the different things built on them I wonder if this is possible through the hosting panel...

I do have Canva Pro but once you download the template from Avery, you have to upload it to Canva. You should be able to find that in your uploads tab in the far left Canva sidebar.

@@aysefeyzagun3968 my mistake I missed the words digital planners. If you are using this on a digital planner you select the sticker you want and copy and paste it.

I'm so glad you found it helpful! When you open a folder it should show up in the left sidebar and stay there until you hit the x and remove it. If it was there at one point, the left sidebar probably got full so it pushed it off. Clear that left sidebar and then open the folder you want to have there. Keep an eye on how many folders or apps that get added to the left sidebar and close them out when it starts getting full but do not x the folder you want to keep there. My best advice to finding things is utilizing the folders. Create a main folder and then folders inside each main folder. For example, I have a huge collection of my own graphics and to keep them organized I have one main folder labeled graphics. Then inside that folder I have a folder for specific types of graphics like backgrounds, brushstrokes, shapes, planner icons, etc. Then I have a folder for Clients, then one folder for each of my clients labeled with their name, inside that folder I use separate folders for each of their items like lead magnets, workbooks, social media, etc. I hope that helps!

This tutorial was done before the latest Canva updates and I've found that even when I add a link it doesn't always underline it. Just make sure you that add the link and click done or hit enter. As the long it's linked it should be clickable. If you're concerned your viewer won't know it's a link you can always underline the text. I hope that helps! You can really use any printer. I have an HP Desk Jet 4155e and I love it! I use the HP ink membership too so I never run out of ink.
