I learnt that anger will: - make you feel lonely - waste ur energy and attention - make u have an inferiority problem - also hurt you while trying to hurt someone else - make you weak - reduces reason - makes you defeated - never make something better it alwys ruins things - poison your thoughts/self The easier you get hurt the less smart u are Just because you’re angry doesn’t mean you’re right. You won’t be able to love in the present if you’re angry about the past - now why waste time on anger when there’s happiness to be apart of. What bothers us about others can teach us something about ourselves Others are not responsible for your own feelings Don’t let others control your thoughts Learn to understand it will dampen ur anger Delaying fights will dampen anger We tend to suffer more in our thoughts than in real life Don’t think of others perceptions of yourself Focus on putting your anger towards learning about world issues instead of people.
