@@anders_4k I just binged all your videos and loved them, I prefer the flat but curvy aka narrow in the middle sides too. I'm thinking of getting the HTS+ with the real 3950 when it comes out but as of now the ulx large & xe-s has my attention for fingertip/agg claw hybrid

Why not still run it 8K and get the subconscious performance upgrade. Whether you NOTICE it or not you will probably hit shots that much faster without knowing it.

@@Killjoy.Z As i said there is zero difference for me at 240hz plus 8k polling rate will use quite a bit more cpu power. A lot of games dont support 8k at all and barely function with 4k. If you have a 360hz display or higher you might see an improvement.

@@권기범-k5y I honestly don’t think so! More of an ftip grip mouse, and its flat hump may not fill your hand the way you want it to. Maybe try the U2, that shape could be great

@@SaltedSlug85 interesting. I remember I had some problems with my pairing too, I can’t remember how I got it to work it was forever ago. But if it says the Z2 dongle they may have sent you the wrong thing

@@anders_4k That is what I thought too, but the software says it's for the Z1 pro and Z2. I looked up the dongle and I think they use the same 4k dongle too because I didn't see another model. Maybe it's for the best anyways. My other mouse that has 8k, 4k, 2k polling causes game stutters anyways. I suppose I shouldn't expect anything different from this one if I got the dongle to pair. Still, I'd like to get it to pair and try but no dice. I'm not seeing anywhere to update My firmwares, but also assume since both the mouse and dongle were recently purchased they might not need updating. Seems like zaopin probably hasn't updated much.

Fair, lots of people dont notice differences in polling rate and at the end of the day, it most likely won’t be the deciding factor whether you win or lose a gunfight. I still think having higher polling rate is better, and a good implementation of it is impressive

Appreciate the feedback and for watching the review! I think you have some good points here when talking about the sensor, but I do think some context is needed. Yes, comparing the 3370/3395/3950 sensors will result in very minor differences in accuracy. However, it does affect other aspects such as battery life, polling capabilities/latency, and weight (less battery consumption = room for a smaller battery = less weigh). For the price of mice these days, going with a mouse that has a 3370 is not a smart buy unless the mouse has other selling points (like the customization on this mouse, or shape). Maybe if the mouse was very cheap. This one is not. As for polling rate, saying “it’s up to par with everything else” is incorrect. There are countless mice that have 4k+ capabilities, and now that Logitech/Razer come with it standard, the industry is moving towards higher polling. For switches, every switch and every implementation of a switch has a completely different feel (in my opinion). Valid opinion to say they don’t matter, but I think most people in the space would disagree. You said that “most mice are well over” 80 grams, and that a mouse with 4 buttons that weighs less than the GPro SL at 60g doesn’t exist. This is just false, a majority of new mice coming out are sub 60g and some even sub 40g that are full sized mice (not made for baby fingers). An example is the WLMouse BeastX max (42g) and the Sora V2 (39g). Lastly I wanna say that caring about all these specs on a mouse is just part of being an enthusiast/reviewer. If you don’t care enough about the differences, that’s fine! A valid opinion and I respect it. But for me, I enjoy looking at the small things and finding the best performing/most valuable mouse to recommend to my viewers. Thanks for the thought provoking comment!

@@anders_4k that is the best reply lol no mean comments just pure information that I didn’t consider fucking awesome dude I did buy this mouse because I was looking for a 4 side button mouse better than a g pro so I mainly looked for good wireless lighter weight than 80 and a shape I like but tbh I couldn’t find anything like the g pro other than this but you seem to know so is there any other alternatives?

@@jjimapro9756 of course man always down to chat about this stuff. And yes I do try out the X2A from Pulsar, is ambidextrous so it has 4 side buttons two on each side, and it weighs 57g according to the specs. I think it’s 4K compatible too

Is it cheaper? I feel like they are roughly the same price. But yeah that’s a really good mouse, I like the shape but only tried the cheaper R1SE. Build quality on it is bad, but it’s good on the pro

@@anders_4k the r1 se is just good for like internet cafe shop cuz its cheap and decent for gaming not really good for try hard gamers who want to feel no issues (Im currently using the r1 pro which I bought for 30.70$ <- I just used google converting system for our currency)

Definitely a worth while dilemma. I rated the OP1 at 4.5/5 and the Sora at 4.0. Both incredible mice. But I personally don’t think the weight makes a big enough difference as the op1 is still only 55ish grams without the cable. I definitely think the OP18K is a better buy. That being said, I do think the Sora is probably better for an aggressive claw grip, so if that is you, take that into consideration. TLDR: buy the OP18K

@@anders_4k tysm i use a relaxed to normal claw grip so i will go with the op1. i assumed this would be the better mouse but was really unsure without a comparison in any review ive watched. +1 sub
