This area of California as always had it rough with fires, lack of water, and mud slides from day one. People settle in area that they had to adapt to the harsh climate. It doesn't have anything do with God it has to due with man ignorance thinking they could do a better job taking of the land than nature. The far left tree huggers are at fault
