Part 3 of our tour of Scotland on our Ducati ST2 and Ducati Monster 620. This part shows our ride outs in and around Oban only a couple of weeks after the lockdown stopped, mid summer 2020. Some fantastic roads and places to see. On the trip to Ullapool the rec/reg on the ST2 went up in flames, lucky I had a spare.

The tour continues with my Ducati ST2 and Su's Ducati 620 Monster going from Hawick to Oban, another long day but some great roads.

This is our first day off the 2020 holiday tour of Scotland. It hapend 10 days after Scotland came out off the Corona virus lockdown, so there wasent much open. But we got a holiday. This is part one and only covers the first day. the next few parts will cover more days, as we cover less miles per day.

Our trip to Wales for a couple of nights at the Dolau pub, near Newtown. The pub is great and the roads are realy good. Never stopped in this area before, but will be back again.

This is the end off me owning kick start motorcycles, the right knee has arthritis and it has just become to painfull to start, even though its not that bad at starting. This is also the end off any dreams off owning a old Brit bike, as they all have kick starts.

This is my lovely electric drive cargo bike, the shopper, commuter, do anything bike. Built this when I noticed that cycling was becoming less frequent but did not want to stop and just drive the car to work, some exercise is better than none.

Went back home , to the boat, to see how the bike was doing in the flood from storm Dennis. The keys ext are on the boat and i had the choice of saving the van or the bike as the van is more expensive to fix and the bike would take deeper water, the van won.

The 2020 Dragon Rally held this year in storm Ciara. Went on the old Armstrong MT500, which ran great. The trip to the Rally was a great ride but going home saw a lot of wind, rain, floods and trees down. Meany people lost tents that night.
