also so sorry for your loss, i went through something very similar in 2018 that led to anxiety diagnosis and medication and it took me a few years to come back to life - the pandemic adding its own fun flare to the healing process. proud of you for taking care of yourself and advocating the same for others!!!

Thanks for your concern! I take Allegra daily :) I have been on Allegra, Claritin, Zyrtec, and Xyzol and nothing seems to work. Last time I was tested for allergies I was told I have “non-allergic rhinitis.” 🤷🏼‍♀️

The clear and silver ones are just tabs from Walmart! I can show them in one of my next videos, but I think they’re just post it brand. I found them on the aisle with the post it notes.
