Hi, I was able to buy this GameBoy Classiv DMG01 at a flea market. The display cover was missing and there were a few stripes on the display itself. Hi, anyone know what chemicals were used during the repair? Specifically the chemical used to clean components/parts and the chemical put on the gears. I assume it was alcohol and some kind of grease. But curious what the specific percentage of the isopropyl alcohol was and the brand/type of grease/oil.

The PS3 is still a very good console. People still use N64 in 2023 bro. Just because you think it's too old and think it's too old to even have anything to do with DEFINITELY doesn't speak for everyone. I have a literal beast of a gaming PC and I still go back to my older consoles to play older games. There are literally 1000s of people who still use older consoles to game. Come on man if you were truly into gaming you would know this
@@AlieNateInc I'm sure you're right, I still like the PS3, if I could buy a new one, I would. But we can't argue that once you put that controller in your hand, and fire up those ps3 graphics, you'll see just how far Sony has come. It's cool though with the free online.

Somehow I prefer the original screen, maybe cuz of the nostalgic feeling of that, beside that I own emulator consoles so that I prefer to keep the DMG original just to play occasionally

This video is fake. You cannot put gameboy shells in some bubbly water and they come out like new. If you pay attention to them you can figure out that they are aftermarket. You can also see emblems on them that show that they are aftermarket.
Thanks for the constructive feedback. Unfortunately, that's not entirely true. Of course you don't throw the shells in water and they look like new afterwards. I needed a lot of time for this and then also brightened the shells. Unfortunately, there is only a small section of this in the video, where you can see that the shells are outside in the sun. before that i smeared them with oxid cream and wrapped them in cling film. the entire process took several days. it's hard to fit all of that into one short. so i can understand the accusation. i see shorts more as entertainment videos and try to show everything in my long videos. so that you can also use them as a tutorial. I can't understand the reproach with the aftermaket shell, because that's just not true.

thank you :) good idea. Have fun with it. I installed an ips osd 5 display in a gameboy a few days ago. And the short video for it will actually be online tonight. The GBA is also one of my favorite consoles of all time, great memories:)
