@@oldgitsmountainbikegroup Any chance i can follow you?
@@user-ir4ho7bv7i no worries 👍
@@oldgitsmountainbikegroup What is your Strava name?
Hi guys did you follow a particular route ?
Just one I got of internet but we didn’t stick to it 👍
Some good skill on that morning ride Rick. Dry weather & then we got battered was hailstones 😂😂
I enjoyed them climbs June even in the wet 😂
Great trail guys…. my locals are dry dusty goat tracks, at least they are on my doorstep. This 54yr old South Australian certainly enjoyed watching your adventure. Just love all the things, places and shared experiences an emtb allows you. I’m into my second year of emtb ownership…. It’s my main form of exercise and relaxation outdoors. Keep up the vids mate. Never too old for healthy fun. Just older not dead. Not yet.
Thanks mate 58 myself and the emtb has kept me riding for the past 3 years, never too old to have fun mate 🤙
E bike gum sum propper mountain biking they're bit of turbo coz we can n thar r8 be hard work on the shiter looks like a great ride rideing through the low cloud but not rain awsome video and great edit iv just watched this video on my smart phone enjoyed it that much I want to watch it on big telly😂

I felt like I’d been in gym all day on Monday. Great ride though 👍
Cracking ride June even in that crap weather 👍
Nice one, guys. The last section from the gate on jacobs Ladder is a real grueller. Noel and I did it last week, and i broke my derailleur and got a flat too😮
It’s definitely a tough one mate but good fun 👍
Nice one , people underestimate the technical ability and physical strength needed to ride UP that terrain even on an e-bike .
Specially in shit weather mate 🤣 cheers 👍
Brilliant Rick. Great weather & company with some good laughs 👍🤣
One of the best this year June had a right laugh 🤙
Nice day for it. Apart from the smelly Bog😂
You got that right!
Nice one guys. Any chance of a GPX?
strava.app.link/Yvnq4qpjaKb if your on Strava
Great video, I've always wondered where that trail went at the end. It's looks good but not sure about climbing Sutton Bank, even on an E-bike😂
Cheers mate, it was worth the climb for that descent 1st time I’ve been down there 🤙
What bike are running now ,

Don't think i have done this ride. Sorry missed it 👍 next time

Looks an amazing place to ride, I’ve driven to Levisham station dozens of times but never ridden, there’s some awesome single track in your video, really enjoyable video mate 😎😎
Thanks matey it’s an awesome place to ride done it a few times, you’ll have to try it 👍
I will one day mate 👍
Nice one Rick. There’s definitely some nice places to ride bikes 👍😀
Getting an artery bypass on my leg on Friday hope to get on my bike soon after.
Good luck matey hope all goes well 🤟

Good vlog Rick. What village did you finish in for pie shop. Looked a nice place😃
Hebden Bridge June can’t beat pie and gravy to finish 😂
Another fab video and well done all. Just a stones throw away for me in little old Halifax. 👍 I recognise some of the tracks from when I do the Calderdale Mountain Bike Marathon event. I could be wrong though.
Cheers matey love it round Hebden some good rides there 🤟
hi can I ask ? , do you know what average mileage you are getting when off road with the e bikes . thanks
All depends on the terrain but I would say 25-35 on really hilly rides, that one was 22 miles and 2900 ft and I only used half of battery 👍
@@oldgitsmountainbikegroup thanks that was the info I needed , a confident 25 miles would be plenty for me 😊
Can u post GPX route ?

Haven’t you done Dalby June ?
Great video, brought back good memories, I've done this ride twice and I'm tempted to come over and do it again.. Keep Up the Cadence..👍👏
Thanks matey it’s a good ride I’ve done it a few times before but this was 1st time on the E-bike 🤟
It never dries out in those woods, even in the middle of summer.
I was surprised how dry it was elsewhere to be honest 🤙
looks class that - you boys on strava?
Yes mate we’re on Strava 👍
nice great trail.
Thanks buddy 🤟
Fab video, better weather at least ☀️
It’s getting there but was still cold 🤙

Not sure if it’s online anywhere as I wasn’t leading this one so just a follower 🤙
Another great video, well done all.
Thanks mate it was a good ride, I think we might head out there again soon 👍
wow that was a shock , hope he has now recovered and not been put off mtb , it looked like the helmet caused the injury more than the ground , maybe wrong just looks that way , I think after watching I will invest in a full face , at my age 68 I don't think I would come out well in a drop like this one . take care guys
He’s back at it now mate thanks and a full face is a good investment 🤟
I'm an old git, live in denby dale and ride a Wild M10. Got space for 1 more on your rides?
Always mate we have a group on facebook where we post the rides if you’d like to join 🤙
