I have had no problems at all with this Proyama saw and I use it for work as an arborist. It starts within two-three pulls Everytime and is very sufficient with the power band. It is comparable to my Stihl and Husqvarna saws in all regards. This saw has truly impressed me especially for the price. I'm going to try there smaller tree saw. I do recommend this saw for the homeowner and the professional arborist.
