    Is there any possible way to code the same person the same aux at the same time but in different day, for example, Jen request to go home an hour early because of maternity, so we have to coded as partner outage from 1/1 to 31/1, so my question is, is there any way to coded all those days one time, or do we have to do it day by day? We are changing from Nice-iex to assemble and I’m trying to learn how to do that, this system is all new for me. Best regards, Tony

      Hi Tony, Thats exciting that you have decided to change to Assembled, we know you will be very happy with us as your partner. For your AUX question, the spreadsheet tool covered in this video focuses on weekly level planning, vs daily or hourly. If Jen is going to be out for a whole month, you can simply set your headcount 1 person lower for those weeks. If you are asking about how you do this for Jen’s schedule in the Assembled tool, this would be better handled through our wonderful support team.
