Have you ever seen that movie where Leo DiCaprio plays a forger who fakes jobs by studying enough to fake them? This guy reminds me of that - talks the talk as if he read about espresso, then does it poorly while maintaining confidence. I would have accepted if he said anything about needing to dial it in, but I'm not even hardcore and I can tell this is plain wrong.

You must be kidding me!? That surely is a lot of bullshit!
Absolutely a terrible extraction that would embarrass even a novice home barista. Inexcusable from a "Coffee Master" whatever that means. Two ounces in about 12 seconds. That extraction should have gone into the sink. So very sad.
