How are you doing nowadays?

I've overcome my fear of speaking up (most of the time). But it feels too late. I've been alone for so long that talking to people doesn't help because it just makes me realize I don't fit in. I've waited so long to be able to open up, only to find out I'm even further than ever :/

I think the way you are wearing your hair makes you look younger. Also the way your voice sounds, but you can't change that. You definately don't have the body of a twelve year old. You seem 16 to me.

people are not frightening. its the thoughts you have about them, that you beat yourself up with, that are frightening. read: FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY learn to listen deeply to people and you'll make lots of friends. this might be above your head but..type this into youtube: Adyashanti on Loneliness and watch the clip. the only problem in this world is your Thoughts. change your thoughts and your life will change. why would others like you, if you've chosen not to like yourself?

Lately people I don't know well have been commenting about how I look younger than I actually am. I'm 18 & it gets so annoying. You do worry about whether or not people believe you are the age you say you are. If that makes sense

I really feel for you. I know what you mean about not being able to remember things chronologically or clearly. I get that too - it feels like time is all muddled up and I can't remember what happened when. It's awful to have that feeling that you actually ASKED for help, and no one was there to help. I'm glad you're angry about it - you're allowed to be. I'm glad you're making vids and talking about these issues. Take care Pix

Although neither one of us are CSA survivors do a google search for the game "simon says and i say". I believe this game played as an adult could help many of the ED and SI you tube vloggers. What are your thoughts? I know its outside the box but maybe we need that to feel safe again. Does this idea have legs?
