thank you for the video, i have similar problem but how is this possible I only printed 500 prints in total over 3 years and image drum must be replaced? I thought it will last 16000 prints?!

Bonjour, bon pour moi cela ne serait pas l'unité de collecte du toner car bien nettoyé , mais bien le tambour donc je vais voir cela de plus prêt .Merci beaucoup très intéressante votre vidéo car si pas trop compliquer nous pouvons un peu faire la réparation .Pour moi la même image ressort elle pas mal mais de très rayures en noir et pour une photocopie pas terrible des bavures de noir comme si elle était sale vous savez de l'encre comme dissoute dans l'eau oui des taches oui à chaque page jamais la même trace en noir.

I had the same problem. My wires were 2 x grey and 1 x blue. I cut the blue wire but it didn't work. Using tweezers to check, I found that when I connected the middle grey and the blue prongs, it worked so I just cut those two wires and joined them together, plugged back the plug and everything worked fine..
