I felt so great when i finally got this set 4 yrs ago

WoW thats crazy the speed build brought back my memory of building it as a kid. I remember those black blocks below deck having weight for balance,I think I even took it in the pool once. 😊😊

I love it! 60422 almost matches this energy thankfully.

I had this one for Christmas 1988 and it was enjoyable to build. I was just 8 but I had the Police boat and the Fire boat as well. All great Lego kits as well in my opinion.

After i rebuild so many Sets from my childhood i realised that my buddy had sticky Fingers.

to tell the truthLego used to be really cool.I especially like it.Unfortunately, it is too expensive.😢

The model team sets look so good. I have not had the pleasure to build one yet. They kind of feel like they was the more advanced technic sets for adults lol. I think they was all vehicles of some sort to like trucks cars bikes and planes. Awesome build video mate. Keep it up

It may look basic and awkward now, but for the year 2000 this was a super advanced build, especially with the technic parts. It has a wonderful blocky charm to it.

I love the four way split screen container assembly - too good. I bought this set new age 16 or 17 and still have it partly built lying in boxes. Great classic era set.

From what year is this set?

This may have just been one of the best sets Lego has ever made. It was by far my favourite and now, 20 years later, it still holds a special place in my heart. I remember getting a combo set for Sinterklaas (Dutch Christmas) containing this set and two smaller ones. I was OVER THE MOON. Best present in my life!

I'm crying now. This is my first Lego. My dad gave it to me when I entered elementary school. So touching.

Dark age lego , value of the parts not the build.

Old lego uses less bricks does the same thing. Nowadays 3x more brick n larger in size for the same deal.

Those are some highly unusual building techniques and exotic pieces for classic LEGO! I can't believe they brick-built the ship (using offset plates no less), I assumed it was one of those massive hull pieces. Meanwhile the DOCK is made of single purpose-made plates. Very interesting model!

very underrated theme

Love the big chunky pieces, its a shame that the roads dont sit flush with the roadplates.

I have the hull and many of the parts I’m going to try and rebuild this I think

I remember having this exact one and building it with my uncle, he's an architect working overseas now.

Funny thing about this set is it is pretty much an add-on pack to the cargo train of the same year. Without the train set this set is only half useful. The truck and container are made for the containers that come with the train. Luckily I own both 😅.

I'm feeling like a sci-fi underwater explorer fanfictional professor once I was putting on some underwater music.

I bought this set for 40 € and i love it because its different to other lego themes. this set makes me fun

Me finding your channel by LEGO space: I will watch your career with great interest

I've wanted this for ages, ever since seeing it in catalogs and pamphlets... shame it's so pricy on eBay these days. The moment I saw this set, I realized something about it that lots of people apparently haven't: You're meant to butt the platform of 4560/4561 Railway Express up against the unramped end of this.

Where can i get this at a cheap price because its old and big so i can expect it's expensive

This was the only set i was able to get as a kid for the soccer series but was still an awesome one to have even if i never was able to have the stadium as well! Seeing it after all these years brings back alor of childhood memories! Thanks for posting!!:)

Part of me feels like I want to make a collection of just this boat. I just spent $100 on a used set. I’m actually holding it in my hands right now. This has become one of my favorite Lego boats.
