Ret. FBI Jen Coffindaffer Says There Is Definitely Reasonable Doubt In Delphi Richard Allen Case
Did the prosecution in the Delphi case really make a strong case, or did they fumble key evidence that could make or break the conviction? The trial of Richard Allen, accused of the brutal Delphi murders, is now in the hands of the jury, but it's hard not to notice the gaping holes in the prosecution’s narrative. With no DNA, no fingerprints, and no concrete physical evidence connecting Allen to the crime, retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer weighs in on the glaring gaps and missteps that left many stunned. From a critical missing cell phone that law enforcement seemed to shrug off, to voice recognition “evidence” that feels more like a bad joke than credible expert testimony,...

We can't trust human hearing. Audio software is needed to find matches. The sample is too short to be compared i think an audio expert in Orlando (inside edition 3 yrs ago) said it's not possible to compare the sample for it's too short. Then any comparison result with that bg voice would be totally bogus.
Absolutely! 💯
Preach! #FREERICKYALLEN
The geofencing data was withheld because it showed other people in the area where the girls were found so would have opened the door to third party possibilities. A clear railroad job.
💯
I never believed that crooked Dr Wala or those false confessions. She was worse than biased. This poor man was mishandled from day one. I have listened to all the evidence and reports and I certainly believe that he should have been acquitted. The interview room with Chris and Karen did a wonderful job of explaining how these cops got it so wrong and how they were able to withhold exculpatory evidence. This was the worst case of railroading an innocent person.
I’m disgusted! I cannot see how the jury got to this.
The FBI was already investigating Canton, the DA of Norfolk County, etc for ethical and criminal misconduct.
The PD, and Select Board in this own do not hold themselves accountable.
Y’all need to go update your info about that audit because Canton COP has done muddied the water yet AGAIN!! Will be your sweet ass CPD will never be 100% visible.
There are so many people who know. It was an orchestrated affair with many actors.
I heard it's not the first time Wala conducted malpractice. She destroy all the notes from the "s*icide companion' with Allen. Then where did they record that 61 confession? Any video/audio? Talk is cheap and this is one of the facts that resulted in the verdict??
Worried about those confessions. He was not well.
Who shot the deer and put it at Abby's feet and Libby's body. The crime scene was originally on the edge of the creek. While the news helicopter was flying around the area, you can see men walking in the creek. They were searching for a murder weapon or weapons or anything pertaining to the crime. But what they didn't know was the coroner never checked Abby's pulse. He looked down at the crime scene from up on the bank and declared them both deceased. But Abby was still alive. The girls were laying amidst a fallen tree on the edge of the creek. Abby started moving. They saw she was still alive and took her out and up over the bank and called for an ambulance, and she officially died in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. Because of the mistake, they transposed the crime scene to up in the woods. The sticks in the crime scene photos were actually the tree branches of the fallen tree on the edge of the creek. So they began to cover for the mistakes. There were also stuffed animals at the crime scene on the edge of the creek, and one stuffed animal, was a stuffed dog and it was standing on Libby's back. She was face down in the water with her left hand and arm laying on a tree limb. Abby was sitting just up from Libby, dressed and her right leg was slightly bent and the phone was found near the bent leg. There was also a dead deer laying at Abby's feet and beside Libby. That is why the conservation officers were involved in the crime investigation. Question?? Who shot the deer and laid it at the crime scene. It wasn't the dive teams fault, they didn't know Abby was still alive. Because they were walking in the creek, they didn't want to go near the bodies. After Abby was taken out, one of the dive search team members, was kicking the water out of frustration and the mistake that was made. The crime investigation and trial was a man made disaster. Stay tuned, MUCH MORE TO COME!!!
Justice for Rick Allen and Kathy. Rigged jury, Corrupt system.
Praying for Rick Allen and his family be strong Rick❤
The sister and her boyfriend and his father are all suspicious in my eyes. This sister said an interview. She dropped the girls off at 1:35. That’s not true. The camera clearly showed her at 1:50-ish and the hair of her in her sisters hand I don’t think it’s a coincidence Pictures of the young guy they showed the public looks like her boyfriend the next picture like his father
Please raise your volume!
he us GUILTY ...thank u and goodnight
Sadly, the jurors tossed the headset being plugged in, although the State could not give any factual evidence as to why? Google was the best they could do on break in the courthouse hallway! That's the best, Delphi had to investigate a double homicide of two precious young girls. LE in Delphi "Let's fire the Fed's! Let's not verify the height of Bridge Guy! Let's not have that hair wrapped around Abby's finger tested for DNA. It's female, and apparently, Delpi LE believes a female couldn't be involved 🙄? What about that Snap Chat Pic posted on Libbys account? There is no finding of that Pic on Libbys phone or her Snapchat account? Who posted that pic? Pic, fits the timeline? Wasn't Libby, Abby didn't have a phone? Are we pinning that on RA? "
This podcast has terrible instincts. Defendants who are guilty as hell you advocate for and then cases like this where there's zero evidence of murder or crimes at all you're convinced by ... authority? Vagueness? British accents? Too bad Letby didn't have good lawyers.
I can imagine if jurors get into the material and find out what all been left out they might feel disturbed, but I can’t imagine a lot of them don’t wanna deal with it
My dad who was manager of a huge place everything great..my brother died 6 months later he had a complete nervous breakdown..I'm 15 they take me to see him he told me I had to quit basketball cause they were gonna put his pic naked on the new York times..I'm arguing with him Dr came out and said don't do that...Point is I know about mental illness...He finally got ok...he was ww2 vet they said PTSD an used electrical shock treatments to pull him out...this was 1971..they should have known RA was psychotic or not..
I listenend to Coffindaffer in the past and she wasn't quite my vibe. I thought of her as she won't ever question the prosecution's side no matter what, but I'm seeing a different side to her here, I'm thinking "if they made HER question the entire case... WOW Delpi thing was effed up beyond belief"
Same here.
I would think with technology today that the prosecutors or the defense would have tried enlarging the BG face from the video and the right pocket of the blue jacket of the BG in my opinion it looks like a outline of a gun in the pocket. RA couldn't remember where he parked but remember what he was wearing. And he said in his interview if he had done it thats not him not who he is. And it was not proven that it was libbys sister's hair they never tested all the hairs the only thing that was said it wasn't libbys or Abby's hair.
yes
🙏🏻
This whole shiit show has tampering all over it. The latest being jury tampering. I don't buy for one minute that this jury wasn't cherry picked to play the part.
Lol, that is exactly what I thought. The defense didn't even need to put on a case. The prosecution did a great job proving his innocence.
Anyone else (also) curious as to why they never hired or inquired with criminologists and victimologists if they truly cared about the integrity of providing proper justice to Abby and Libby AND the people of Delphi AND USA?? When you disallow the rights of Americans to participate and observe the systems of justice in such a way, you create and cultivate societal discord that lacks the mores of “societal cohesion”. You allow for division to embolden itself within a community and society-aka extremism, for one-while proving that ego and power is to be prioritized above and beyond one’s oath to its’ citizens and the rights of The People who have socially agreed to allow you to act in such a position. More or less, it’s the modernity of enslavement, masking itself as “righteousness”, etc. It is exploitation. It’s misappropriation. It’s disgusting. It demonstrates the unwillingness to accept and implement educated and empirically supported practices, etc. It demonstrates a stubborn stronghold to primitive theories that have little to no validity whatsoever in being efficacious and accurate. It demonstrates the power of ego, tribalism, and, overall, fear. It feverishly breeds fear as a means of control and resistance to change/compliance to a fractured “norm”. And it is beyond unacceptable-especially as it influences individuals and shapes society. I mean, look at how many people BLINDLY believe in their opinion/s on this case, alone, without allowing themselves to self-inquire as to where, how, and why they have said opinions… social indoctrination is rampant. This is judiciary gaslighting to the max. And it is placating itself as “justice” while (not so) covertly manipulating the feelings and families involved. This was not justice. It was global narcissism.
Motta said everything that I wondered about as well. It is absolutely disgraceful how much was NOT explored when determining RA's fate. There should have been a height analysis. I heard that they couldn't afford the 10 grand to do it. Pitiful. People admire how the judge ran the court (no filming for instance, strict guidelines) yet so much about how the case was presented was clumsy, bias, and blurry. Couldn't get on top of timeline. Terrible investigation initially. Yes, indeed, why on earth didn't RA's wife take the stand. So many details missing. Inhumane and atrocious that RA was put in solitary and for so long before being found guilty. It is not usual to be in solitary anyway for that long - 30 days max is the ruling in some states. I appreciate what the psychotherapist, Tony and Robin Dreeke had to say as well. RIP Abby and Libby
One note on the AI concept: AI is technically not artificially and autonomously advancing-aka: there’s no ‘Terminator’ world WITHOUT the programming of humans into said machine. Thus, AI may expedite things-yet, it is only capable of producing results already designed by humans and their inputs/trajectories. So, a human has to program said machine-said machine then learns said data-…which posits a potential for, at best and worst, a “Minority Report” kind of situation. Again, due to human input, there would be an inherent set of biases-albeit hopefully, altruistically, and plausibly, significantly reduced. However, if we allow for that to assume primary responsibility for our law and order/justice systems, we become increasingly reliant and complacent AND potentially on data that is obsolete, prejudicial, etc. It would most similarly be observable, for demonstrative purposes, to examine the utilization of umpires in baseball/softball, and AI pitch analyses. 🤓
Poor job by LE & Prosecution. I'm beyond disappointment on the outcome. Don't know if Allen is guilty or not but IMO it wasn't proven. Libby & Abby did not get justice. 😊
There has been more character m*rder to Rick Allen, by dissecting his past behavior 😅 and about the aux jack, let's see how it is scientifically explained during appeal. I live in the tropics with a lot of rain, high humidity and heavy outdoor activities from camping to diving, not even once my iphone 6 did those weird things.
No one was using the phone. Water make cell phones do weird unexplainable things.
Water cannot apply enough pressure to the release tab to indicate the insertion of a headphone or other device.
@ I think water can short circuit things and make it happen but also I’m not an expert. I’m just not 100% sold on the idea of somebody actually manipulated the phone. But then there’s not much in this case that I’m sold on. There’s not enough evidence. I’m afraid the real killer might still be out there or this guy helped but he’s not the only one.
Coffindoffer thinks that Karen Read is guilty. Let that one sink in.
@marygoff3332 I do too...drunken hit & run..
@@anitabee57nope. Two PhD level accident reconstructionists said no way, jose!
@marygoff3332 Cops killing another cop & then putting him out on the street outside their OWN house is also crazy..
The worse law enforsement and cover ups EVER!. THE JUDGE WAS SOO TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. SHE WITHHELD WAY TO MUCH EVIDENCE. I WOULD HATE TO BE TRIED FOR ANYTHING IN THAT CRAZY COURT. PATHETIC!!
What about the girls? They didn't have a second change. If he would place in a mental hospital, should he be different? His attorneys did poor hob. They hust want the money and the fame
he did not beat the case. he was found guilty.
If I hear the comments “ the jury got it right “ I just have to shake my head. These people have tunnel vision.
Justice served
Total coverup. Judge was so bias it stunk. Ty for ur video.Appeal.
Thank you Tony💙🗽⚖ For Rick Allen and his family
Who the hell remembers what they did 5 years ago , much less, where you parked?!! 🤦🏻♀️
If I would have been in the same area where two little girls were attacked and k I would remember every thing from that day.And he remembers what he was wearing that day but not where he parked.
Expert does expensive, then i guess the defense had known where this trial is going frm the judge's rulings. Whatever they say/do, the verdict's been fixed despite plenty reasonable doubts 😅Therefor seems like they'd better keep the remaining resources for appeal 🙃
There can be no GOOD reason to hide the exculpatory evidence. What was the judge and prosecution AFRAID OF?
If RA saw the van, why didn't the driver see him or the girls??
How did the FBI get thrown off the case?? Who approves that?? Laken Riley's case was solved in 2 days becase the FBI & GBI were involved..
Was there ever an analysis of the girls stomach contents done to try to pin down the time of death?? Not a perfect method but it seems like it would have narrowed down time of death.. Maybe I've been watching too much CSI??
No
@roseadams2582 To me, that's very bizarre & seems very basic.. I understand it's not a perfect method but it would at least given some idea about when they died..
@@anitabee57they didn’t even take their temperatures to determine time of death. Nor did the first responders or ME techs at the crime scene record if there was any rigor mortis.
@DepDawg I heard they didn't to a rectal temp to preserve sa possibility.. Just don't understand why ISP & Delpi LE would kick FBI off the case..this was a national case & they didn't have the budget to do height or voice analysis..let alone phone experts.. Look at the difference in result for Laken Riley..suspect in custody within 2 days
I find it hard to believe LE never did a height analysis of BG. So much info to be gained from one simple thing that alone says it for me. wtf is going on in Delphi?
It's astounding how much law enforcement missed. And that alone makes you wonder??? Was it simple human error or was it purposeful?
Why not give Richard Allen a lie detector test and any of the other suspiciouse people including kelsi
