Hi, I've recently watched Lovely Runner (선재 업고 튀어) and it was definitely the best K drama released this year in my opinion. But it made me sob so much, the amount of suffering and pain the two main characters go through is just heartbreaking. The main theme song Sudden Shower (소나기) also was absolutely amazing and to think the male lead (Byeon Woo-seok) sang it is just mind blowing. How can someone be so talented at acting as well as singing?
Anyways, here is the English version that I made for the song. Hope you like it! Feel free to use this version if you make a cover as well, just remember to add the credits :)

Have you considered doing covers of music or songs from video games? I know on YT there are tons of covers of music from Skyrim. A lot of people have covered Jeremy Soule's "Dragonborn", Skyrim's opening credit/title song. There are also a couple of songs which the bards sing whenever you visit an inn or a tavern. Those songs tend to be rather short but maybe that gives you room to be creative to extend the song yourself

@@aishiadatta I'm not sure what kind of video games you're into but maybe check out "Eyes On Me" that was sung by the Hong Kong pop diva Faye Wong. "Eyes On Me" was used as the love theme song in Final Fantasy 8. The majority of music in video games tend to not have lyrics since its there to set a mood but you can get lucky and come across some interesting.
Amazingly well done cover! Hope you had a chance to finish watching Frieren. I'm looking forward to season 2 when that eventually gets released. Have you considered doing a cover for the end credits?

I've noticed recently that K-dramas have basically taken over my Netflix recommended content :D A rather fun and silly one I started watching is Mr Queen
@@rickytleung Me too! Netflix keeps recommending K dramas to me, plus they are always trending in the top 10s here in Malaysia. I’ve watched the starting of Mr. Queen before, it seemed quite quirky and lighthearted. Maybe I’ll finish it in the future.
@@aishiadatta A really good historical K-drama that came out back in 2003 is "Dae Jang-geum" or "Jewel in the Palace". I watched the version that was localized for Hong Kong. It's about a servant girl working in the palace kitchens
