And you know why the Philippines and Puerto Rico got so many awards? It's because they opened up the award to people voting online instead of going by the photographer at the pageant. The stupidest thing the pageant ever did when it came to that award. You can even tell the year that the switch came just by seeing who won. Both those countries would have had at most 3 if they hadn't switched the voting to the public. No wonder they eventually got rid of this award.
