What an eventful day this was. Our usual trail was flooded out so we were forced to take the long route to the fishing spot which eventually led to a some redfish caught and lost. I decided to hit the Oso Bay today in search of a redfish in order to gain redemption after losing a couple of good ones just a few days ago. I got here late and the sun was going down at a fast rate leaving me with only 30-45 min of daylight left. what date was that, we went out of Port Mansfield on 01/28/25 and it was extremely foggy.
This was actually 2 days ago here in corpus ..

Looks like a marker 54 shrimp. If so, just know they don’t play nice with other lure brands. Keep em separated.

My bad this was actually oso lol . I launched from right there next to the bridge
What kinda of camera did you buy? I recently purchased a DJI ACTION 4 OSMO action camera and I am loving it. I also ordered the DJI Mini Mics to cut out the wind noise.
@@offdutycharterstx3898 I’m actually going today to buy a cam but yes the dji is probably what I’ll be going with ! I need a camera compatible with a mic so I will probably go that route Forsure !

How much for the setup
@BraydenandLeo I believe the reel is $150 retail . Rod is $70 . The Reel is a quantum smoke 2500 . And the rod is a STIFFY ROD
@reeldylfishing I also was talking about the kayak setup because I'm thinking of buying a fishing kayak
